\nLIFE IP Restart\n<\/h1><\/div>\n<\/section>

\nThe strategic project LIFE IP RESTART: Boosting waste recycling into valuable products by setting the environment for a circular economy in Slovenia (2022\u2013202930) aims to facilitate Slovenia's smooth transition to a circular economy.<\/b> The Ministry of the Environment, Climate and Energy of the Republic of Slovenia, as lead partner, will cooperate with 15 partners to develop innovative solutions to improve the recycling of waste into valuable new products, particularly in the construction and mining sectors. Under the slogan \"Waste Counts\", the project will develop six demonstration activities actions to address specific waste streams, with pilot solutions ready for wider application beyond the duration of the project. By introducing complementary technical, digital, environmental and social solutions, the project will contribute to the more sustainable use of natural resources and the transition to a circular economy. These objectives are in line with the Slovenian Waste Management Programme and Waste Prevention Programme (WMPP), a key national policy for the LIFE IP RESTART project. \n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/section>

\nTo provide a mechanism for monitoring, continuous improvement and updating of the Waste management and Prevention Programme (WMPP), to demonstrate six pilot solutions for specific waste flows, and to support wider uptake of these solutions in practice.\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>
