This action will assess the current state of policy and management to determine their capacity for supporting the transition to a circular economy. The assessment will identify the current management challenges in relation to the objectives of the Waste Management and Prevention Programme (WMPP) and the potential for its further implementation. To this end, innovative digital technology tools will be used.
Objective: To develop a robust methodology for measuring changes in the circular policy and management. This methodology will enable to monitor the progress of the LIFE IP RESTART project and to track changes in circular management and policy areas. The resulting assessment report will identify gaps in circular policy and management and help to implement other project activities more effectively.
