F. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

LIFE IP RESTART is a large and complex strategic project involving 16 partners implementing 39 actions over 9 years – 9 preparatory, 16 implementation and 6 communication actions. The Ministry of the Environment, Climate and Energy, as the coordinator, is responsible for the overall project management and coordination. Through the project office, it ensures efficient administrative, financial and technical implementation, coordination of partners and communication with the LIFE IP RESTART programme managing authority. The lead partner is tasked with documenting the project's progress, preparing and submitting the required reports in a timely manner, and keeping the European Commission informed of the project's technical and financial performance. The terms and conditions of the EUR 10 million grant are set out in Grant Agreement No LIFE20 IPE/SI/000021 – LIFE IP RESTART.

Objectives: To ensure a well-managed and successful LIFE IP RESTART project; to establish a trusting and goal-oriented cooperation between the coordinator, beneficiaries and stakeholders; to ensure productive cooperation between the LIFE IP RESTART project and other complementary projects; to establish an After-LIFE Plan for the continued use and dissemination of the project results; to achieve the defined performance indicators.
