The objective of this action is to provide advisory support and to secure all the legally required documents for environmental permits and for the operation of installations that are subject to special permits and consents. These documents are a legal prerequisite for the implementation of demonstration actions under the LIFE IP RESTART project.
The six demonstration actions in the LIFE IP RESTART project (Actions C6 to C11 inclusive) were carefully planned during the project preparation phase through intensive participatory processes involving all relevant stakeholders, who are fully aware of the extent and importance of producing detailed documentation to ensure successful implementation.
In addition, the action will also identify potential bottlenecks in practice, both in legislation and in the decision-making process, which may hamper similar projects. These findings will provide valuable input for improving policy, governance and legislation.
The feasibility of the final project plans for demonstration actions will be tested from a legal, spatial and environmental perspective.
Objective: To produce the necessary documentation for obtaining environmental, construction, nature protection and other necessary approvals and permits for demonstration actions.
