The action will focus on the development of technical and legal guidelines that can provide the basis for future standards, as an important source of information and as a platform for technology and knowledge transfer. The guidelines will be divided into four categories: sustainable products made from recycled waste; circular economy tools and mechanisms; digitalisation and emerging technologies applicable to the circular economy; education and training.
Objective: To organise 12 participatory events to showcase best available technologies/approaches and their implementation in Slovenia; to develop, pre-test and publish 9 technical guidelines to be validated in workshops and made available online; to publish 45 technical or scientific articles in national professional newsletters, at conferences and in scientific journals; to establish networks with relevant standardisation bodies to streamline the development of standards in the field of circular economy.
